M.E.M. Enterprises, LLC was formed in 1999 and incorporated in 2009. The president and owner of the company, Mark E. McCutcheon is a lifelong resident of San Juan Island and has worked in the construction industry throughout his life. First alongside his father and grandfather in the family business, then branching out on his own.

M.E.M. provides a full range of construction, septic, and concrete services to commercial, government, non-profit, and private clients. We are also the island’s only full-service water source; we can take care of your drinking water needs from 1 to 3,000 gallons delivered (for bottled water delivery to your home or business, visit our sister company, Inter Island Water).
